The camera corrupted the memory

“Every time I traveled I couldn’t stop thinking about her, wishing for experiencing these places together.
On my last trip, I took a ton of photos, exploring the mountains, and then something happened. The camera corrupted the memory card and all the images of the last hours were gone and most of the others were glitched. When I realized this, I couldn’t stop shaking and panicking. I felt everything was taken away from me.
What I was left with were images that were still having some traces of beauty. It was a weird and painful paradox. I told her what happened and she told me how this story was like a relationship: you invest so much time, energy, feelings in someone and in a minute you can lose everything.”
